Year in Review
As 2025 is in progress, I'm taking a moment to reflect on the milestones, challenges, and growth I've experienced this year. It has been a year of innovation, learning, and building for the future.
Career Highlights
This year, I continued my journey as a Software Development Engineer II at Amazon, working on impactful projects that pushed the boundaries of technology. From optimizing large-scale systems to mentoring junior developers, I’ve grown both technically and professionally.
Personal Projects
2025 was also the year I launched several self-hosted projects to showcase my skills and creativity. These projects range from full-stack applications to open-source contributions, all designed to demonstrate my expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
One of my most exciting endeavors this year has been creating a SAAS project from the ground up. This venture represents a new chapter in my entrepreneurial journey, combining technical expertise with business acumen to build a product that solves real-world problems. The development process has been both challenging and rewarding, pushing me to think beyond just code and consider user experience, scalability, and market fit.
Additionally, I started this blog to share insights, tutorials, and updates on my journey.
Life Changes
In December, I made a significant life change by moving from Seattle to Virginia. This relocation represents a new chapter both personally and professionally, bringing fresh perspectives and new opportunities. While I'll miss the Pacific Northwest's vibrant tech community and coffee culture, I'm excited to explore what the East Coast has to offer and build connections in my new home.
